Returns & Refunds

We aim to provide reliable service and quality parts. If something is not right, this policy outlines your eligibility for returns, replacements and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
Parts may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, uninstalled and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include electrical components, special-order parts, used or installed items and any item damaged after delivery.
2. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@carcure.ae with clear photos and order details.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
3. Return Approval & Inspection
All returns require prior approval. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Car Cure reserves the right to reject returns that:
- Do not meet eligibility conditions
- Show signs of use, installation or damage
- Are returned without prior approval
4. Return Process
- Email admin@carcure.ae with your order number and reason
- Wait for return approval and instructions (within 24 hours)
- Ship the item using the approved method
- Share tracking details with our team
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Car Cure (incorrect or defective item).
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Service-Based Orders
SOS recovery services are non-refundable once dispatch has been initiated.
Vehicle care plans may be cancelled within the first 30 days for a pro-rata refund. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable.
8. Misuse & Abuse
Car Cure reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected misuse, repeated return abuse or fraudulent activity.
